Mixed Signals on Savings Account Rates
The OPM top savings rates reached 5.5% for accounts from Flagstar Bank and My Banking Direct, while accounts from Ally, American Express, Capitol One, Cloudbank, Customers Bank, Marcus, Salem Five Direct, and Valley Direct offered slightly lower rates than in previous months.
